These photos of sunbirds were taken at the Botanical Garden with the Nikon D7500 camera and Nikkor 300mm f/4E PF lens. There are two types of sunbirds featured here: the olive-backed Sunbird and the brown-throated Sunbird.
Female olive-backed Sunbird has olive-green upper parts, yellow under parts, black iris, and yellow “eyebrow”. Female brown-throated Sunbird has olive-green upper parts and yellow under parts too, but with red iris and yellow broken eye-ring.

Sunbird 2: Brown-throated Sunbird (Female)
Female brown-throated sunbird has olive-green upper parts and yellow under parts like the olive-backed sunbird. But female brown-throated sunbird has red iris and yellow broken eye-ring.






Sunbird 3: Olive-backed Sunbird (Male)
Male olive-backed sunbird has olive-green upper parts, iridescent blue forehead, throat and upper breast, and yellow under parts.
