Chinese Name: 蓝喉蜂虎.
Blue-throated bee-eater is quite a small bird about 22 to 24 cm big. It has mostly bluish-green body with dark chestnut crown and mantle, black eyestripe and blue-ish tail (with streamers) and throat. It is such a small and swift bird, that it flies so fast that make it almost impossible to capture the bird in flight in the sky. This is my first time encountering bee-eater. I must say it is quite challenging capturing this bird through the lens.
